Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Evaluate property values using methods such as comparable sales, income capitalization, and replacement cost.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored advice.
  • Create financial models to assess feasibility of real estate investments, including cash flow projections, ROI, and risk analysis.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties; facilitate negotiations and coordinate transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence on properties, including legal, financial, and physical inspections.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and advice.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate transactions to ensure favorable outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
  • Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and other forums to expand professional connections.
