Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Property Sales Agent located in Noida. The Property Sales Agent will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying client needs, conducting property consultations, and facilitating property transactions. The role involves following up with potential clients, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. The role also includes providing clients with industry-specific advice and insights to support their decision-making process.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven track record in Sales and expertise in negotiating deals effectively and efficiently
  • Experience and understanding of Insurance practices, particularly in relation to property transactions
  • Capability to train and mentor junior team members is an added advantage
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and excellent at managing time and priorities
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in property sales
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and systems, such as CRM software, is preferred
