Role Description
We are looking for a Real Estate Agent Inventory Management & Mapping to support our operations in Gurugram. This role is primarily field-oriented and involves managing property inventory, mapping real estate assets, coordinating site information, and supporting the advisory team with accurate, up-to-date property data.
The ideal candidate is comfortable with on-ground work, daily travel, basic computer usage, and maintaining a professional appearance while interacting with property owners, brokers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain an updated inventory of properties across assigned areas
- Conduct on-ground property mapping and location verification
- Collect, verify, and update property details including size, layout, pricing, availability, and documentation status
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and internal teams for accurate information flow
- Maintain inventory records, reports, and trackers using basic computer tools
- Assist the advisory team with site information, photographs, and property insights
- Ensure timely updates of inventory changes and availability
- Represent the company professionally during site visits and field interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, email, and simple data entry)
- Comfortable with fieldwork, property visits, and on-ground coordination
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor
- Presentable, well-groomed, and confident in external interactions
- Must have own conveyance. (two-wheeler or four-wheeler)
- Willingness to commute daily and work on-site in Gurugram is mandatory
- Basic understanding of real estate or local property markets is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in real estate is preferred
