Role Description

This full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role is based in Bengaluru. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Key responsibilities include conducting property viewings, advising clients on market conditions, negotiating terms and prices, and ensuring smooth transactions. The role also includes building strong client relationships and staying informed about real estate market trends.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of real estate practices
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
• Experience in sales, particularly in the real estate sector
• Knowledge of real property laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
• Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
