Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Real Estate Agent. The individual will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting real estate properties. Daily tasks include advising clients on real estate market conditions, showing properties, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and ensuring smooth transactions. Acting as a trusted advisor, the agent will build and maintain client relationships to deliver exceptional service aligned with 52 North's client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate market knowledge and practices
• Experience in Sales and Real Property transactions
• Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and accommodate a flexible schedule
• Previous experience working with HNIs and luxury properties is an asset
