Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Real Estate Advisor. The Real Estate Advisor will assist clients in identifying suitable properties, guide them through property visits, and provide market insights. The role involves managing sales operations, negotiating property deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Advisors will also stay updated on market trends, build strong client relationships, and maintain thorough records of transactions and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience or skills in Real Estate and Real Property management
- Proficiency in Sales and ability to effectively negotiate property deals
- Capability to provide property-related Training and market education to clients
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of professionalism and client service orientation
- Familiarity with Jaipur's real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in real estate, business, or a related field is advantageous
