Job Title: Full Stack Developer with AI Technical Consultant
Location: Bangalore / Noida
Experience: 6+ years overall, with 5+ years of relevant experience in full stack development
Job Summary:
We are seeking Full Stack Developers with AI expertise to join our growing team in Bangalore and Noida. The ideal candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent, scalable applications leveraging both frontend and backend technologies. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are critical for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop web applications using ReactJS, Node.js, and JavaScript with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Integrate AI models and services into applications to enhance functionality, user experience, and automation.
- Collaborate with data scientists, UI/UX teams, and product managers to implement cutting-edge AI-driven features.
- Work on API development and integration, ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable communication between services.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and maintainability.
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance and usability.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
Technical Skills Required:
- AI: Experience integrating AI/ML models, APIs, or services into applications. Understanding of NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems is a plus.
- ReactJS: Proven experience building responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
- Node.js: Strong backend development skills with RESTful API or GraphQL implementations.
- JavaScript (ES6+): Advanced coding and debugging capabilities.
- Version Control: Experience with Git workflows.
- Understanding of database integration and data modeling.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) must be able to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies quickly.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 5 years in full stack roles.
