React/Node JS 10+YoE Technical Lead

Role Description

As a React/Node.js Technical Lead at Quest Global, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of scalable full‑stack applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define system architecture, provide deep technical guidance, and ensure solutions follow industry best practices.

Key responsibilities include guiding the team, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and fostering a high‑performance engineering culture. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Trivandrum.

Preferred Qualification:

Experience or familiarity with MedTech technologies, standards, or domain workflows is considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Lead with 10+ years of web development experience 

6+ years experience in React.js and Node.js

Strong understanding of programming languages such as HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design

Experience in integrating RESTful APIs with react

Collaborate with web designers on a UX/UI team to ensure seamless, consistent design elements and UI components for web and mobile applications

Optimize website performance, addressing issues related to load times and responsiveness

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience working in agile model

Required Skills and Experience

10 to 12 years of experience in developing web applications (React, Node)

6+ years of experience in developing responsive web applications using React.js, HTML, and CSS

6+ years of experience in node.js

Strong understanding of programming languages such as HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design

Experience in integrating RESTful APIs with react

Collaborate with web designers on a UX/UI team to ensure seamless, consistent design elements and UI components for web and mobile applications

Optimize website performance, addressing issues related to load times and responsiveness

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience working in agile model

Experience in Healthcare domain will be an added advantage.
