Job Title: Manager Full Stack Developer React & .NET

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Manager Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React and .NET technologies to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js for frontend and .NET / .NET Core for backend
• Build reusable, scalable, and secure application components
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate frontend with backend services
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and security of applications
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications
• Participate in design discussions, sprint planning, and technical decision-making

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8.5 to 13 years of overall IT experience
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, including Hooks, Redux, and component-based architecture
• Extensive experience in .NET / .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services, and Microservices architecture
• Experience with SQL Server and/or other relational databases
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have

• Experience with Azure / AWS
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
• Exposure to Unit Testing frameworks
• Experience in enterprise or BFSI domain
