React Native Mobile Developer Lead

Key Responsibilities

Architect and deliver scalable mobile applications using React Native, TypeScript/JavaScript.

Lead, mentor, and manage in-house & outsourced development teams.

Translate business requirements into pixel-perfect, performant mobile experiences.

Champion adoption of AI-powered developer tools (Copilot, AI testing, performance profiling).

Work with state management tools (Redux Toolkit, MobX, Zustand).

Implement ad experiences with Google Mobile Ads SDK, AdMob, GAM.

Collaborate across Product, Design, QA, and Backend teams using Agile/Scrum.

Optimize app performance, ensure mobile security, and maintain high-quality code.

Must-Have Skills

Strong expertise in React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript.

Knowledge of state management (Redux, MobX, Zustand) and essential RN libraries (react-navigation, Firebase).

Hands-on with Native/Turbo Module integrations (Java/Kotlin, Swift/Objective-C).

Deep debugging skills with Hermes/JSC and native tools.

Experience in mobile CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerized environments.

Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Hands-on with security best practices (OWASP Mobile Top 10, encryption).

Nice to Have

Experience with TensorFlow Lite, CoreML, or other AI/ML frameworks for mobile.

Exposure to AdTech & Programmatic Advertising (IAB standards, consent management, header bidding).
