React Native Mobile Developer Lead (712 Years)
We're hiring an experienced React Native Lead to architect and deliver high-performance, AI-ready mobile apps for iOS & Android. If you enjoy leading teams, building scalable products, and pushing the boundaries of mobile tech this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and architect scalable React Native apps (JS/TS).
- Lead & mentor in-house + outsourced teams.
- Convert business needs into pixel-perfect mobile experiences.
- Drive adoption of AI-driven development tools.
- Work with state management (Redux / MobX / Zustand).
- Implement ad experiences (AdMob, GAM).
- Collaborate across Product/Design/Backend in Agile.
- Ensure app performance, security & clean code quality.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong expertise in React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript.
- State management + RN ecosystem libraries (navigation, Firebase).
- Native/Turbo Modules (Java/Kotlin, Swift/Obj-C).
- Debugging with Hermes/JSC & native tools.
- Mobile CI/CD, Git, containerized environments.
- Excellent leadership & communication skills.
- Knowledge of security best practices (OWASP Mobile).
Good to Have:
- Experience with TensorFlow Lite/CoreML.
- Exposure to AdTech & Programmatic Advertising.
