About The Role
We are looking for a talented and hands-on React Native Developer with 3–5 years of experience to take ownership of our mobile application stack. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and scaling our cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Backend, and Design teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences while ensuring excellent performance, stability, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance React Native applications using TypeScript.
- Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable code for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Develop and maintain custom native modules, bridges, and Expo configuration plugins to support platform-specific functionality.
- Integrate and manage REST APIs and ensure seamless communication with backend services.
- Configure, test, and optimize third-party SDKs, including:
- Subscriptions: Adapty / RevenueCat
- Analytics & Attribution: AppsFlyer, Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK
- Push Notifications: OneSignal, APNs, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
- Monetization: Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob – Interstitial, Rewarded & Native Ads)
- Implement secure storage solutions, background processes, and platform-specific capabilities.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve client-side bugs.
- Configure and maintain build and release pipelines using Expo CLI, EAS Build, Xcode, and Android Studio.
- Publish and maintain applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Stay updated with the latest React Native ecosystem, mobile development trends, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in React Native development.
- Proven experience building and publishing mobile applications on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Strong proficiency in React Native, TypeScript, and modern React Hooks.
- Experience with state management solutions such as Context API, Zustand, or Redux.
- Strong understanding of React Navigation, Deep Linking, Universal Links, and Android App Links.
- Experience with styling solutions such as NativeWind or Tailwind CSS.
- Good understanding of native mobile development concepts for both iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java).
- Experience with app signing, provisioning profiles, certificates, and platform-specific configurations.
- Familiarity with local storage and caching solutions such as SQLite and AsyncStorage.
- Experience integrating third-party SDKs and external APIs.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience migrating legacy native applications (Swift/Kotlin/Java) to React Native.
- Experience creating Custom Expo Config Plugins or Native Modules.
- Familiarity with video streaming or media playback libraries.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
- Knowledge of mobile security best practices and performance optimization techniques.
