Description

We are seeking a highly experienced React Lead to guide our development team in building innovative web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in React and a proven track record of leading development projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of scalable web applications using React.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and React methodologies.
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance the development process.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and design reviews.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of experience in software development with a focus on React.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
  • Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
