About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead to drive the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities, guiding a team of developers while actively contributing to architecture, design, and development.

The candidate should have extensive experience in Node.js, NestJS, React.js, Next.js, MongoDB, MySQL, and AWS, along with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Full Stack Developers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Drive engineering best practices and technical excellence.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and project execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions.
  
  

Full Stack Development

• Design and develop scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Build robust backend services using Node.js and NestJS.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  
  

System Design & Architecture

• Design scalable and secure application architectures.
• Implement microservices and distributed systems.
• Define database schemas and API contracts.
• Ensure application scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  
  

Database & Cloud Management

• Design and optimize MongoDB and MySQL databases.
• Manage application deployments on AWS.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor and improve system performance and security.
  
  

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Product Managers, QA teams, and Business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance during project planning and execution.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7-10 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience leading development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
