React JS Lead - Photon | Bangalore | Job Position - 7

• Deep knowledge of React.js, Redux, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
• Familiarity with build tools and bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for React applications.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Leadership: Proven experience in a technical leadership role, including mentoring junior developers and guiding technical decision-making.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
