We are hiring for a role within the Staffing & Talent Solutions sector that supports technology-focused clients across India. This on-site React engineering role sits within fast-moving product teams building scalable web applications for enterprise and consumer use-cases. Location: India On-site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, accessible front-end applications using React.js and modern tooling.
- Translate UI/UX designs into reusable component libraries and production-ready code following best practices.
- Integrate front-end interfaces with RESTful APIs and GraphQL backends; manage client-side state using Redux or Context API.
- Optimize performance through code-splitting, lazy loading, memoization, and asset optimization to improve load times and runtime efficiency.
- Author unit and integration tests, perform code reviews, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality releases.
- Triage and resolve bugs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and propose technical improvements to architecture and workflows.
