About Minematics

Minematics is an analytics and data science company founded by IIM Mumbai alumni, focused on transforming complex data into meaningful insights through storytelling-driven analytics. Since 2018, we've been building scalable data platforms and applications across Pharma, Retail, BFSI, Manufacturing, and Mining.

We're looking for a React.js Developer who is passionate about building clean, responsive user interfaces and enjoys working closely with backend and data teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using React.js

Convert UI/UX designs (Figma / Adobe XD) into high-quality, reusable components

Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design

Optimize applications for performance and scalability

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product teams

Fix bugs and improve application usability

Participate in code reviews and team discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications

12 years of hands-on experience in React.js

Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

Experience with React Hooks, functional components, and component lifecycle

Familiarity with state management (Context API / Redux basic understanding)

Experience integrating REST APIs

Basic understanding of Git and version control workflows

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Leveraging LLM models/AI tools to generate code, fix bugs, and improve performance will give an added advantage

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

Experience with TypeScript

Familiarity with UI libraries (Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind, Bootstrap)

Basic knowledge of Node.js or backend APIs

Exposure to data dashboards or analytics platforms

Understanding of web performance optimization and best practices
