The platform is being designed with long-term extensibility for multi-framework healthcare governance and operational intelligence.

Role Description — Frontend Engineer (React & Tailwind)

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to help build modern, responsive, and scalable interfaces for healthcare operations and compliance workflows.

The role involves building workflow-heavy applications including audit forms, surveillance dashboards, evidence review systems, KPI alerts, role-based panels, approval flows, and operational tracking interfaces.

You will work closely with backend developers and domain consultants to translate real hospital workflows into production-grade frontend systems.

Responsibilities

• Build frontend applications using React.js and Tailwind CSS
• Develop healthcare workflow interfaces and operational dashboards
• Create responsive tables, forms, trackers, audit panels, and alert systems
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs and workflow services
• Handle dynamic forms, validations, approval states, and role-based views
• Build reusable and scalable UI components
• Optimize application performance and usability
• Debug frontend issues and improve workflow experience
• Collaborate with backend developers and domain consultants
• Maintain clean, structured, and scalable frontend architecture

QualificationsRequired Skills

• 2+ years of frontend development experience
• Strong experience with React.js
• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with Tailwind CSS
• Experience consuming REST APIs
• Understanding of responsive UI development
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows
• Ability to independently debug and troubleshoot frontend issues
• Understanding of component-based frontend architecture

Preferred Skills

• Experience building dashboard or workflow-based applications
• Experience with healthcare or enterprise products
• Familiarity with TypeScript
• Experience with charts, tables, and data-heavy UI
• Understanding of authentication and protected routes
• Startup or product development experience
