We're Ideally Looking For Someone Who Is Comfortable Across The Entire Stack And Can Take Ownership Of Feature Delivery From Design To Deployment. The Ideal Candidate Should Have
- 5+ years of experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with i18next (react-i18next) including custom backend plugins
- Experience with HTTP-based data fetching patterns (REST APIs, SWR/React Query)
- Understanding of locale-aware rendering, RTL support considerations, and pluralization rules
- Experience writing frontend tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress or Playwright)
- Familiarity with responsive UI and component library patterns
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code)
- Nice to have
- Experience with the WPP Open Hub frontend or similar dashboard applications
- Familiarity with CMS-driven content delivery patterns
- Experience with internationalization beyond just string translation (date/number formatting, locale-specific layouts)
- Knowledge of web performance optimization for translation loading (lazy loading, caching headers)
