Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a skilled React Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing innovative web applications that align with business objectives. The React Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable, maintainable, and efficient software products.
Software Requirements
- Proficiency in React JS (version 16.8 or higher) and Redux for state management
- Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL for data integration
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and related web technologies
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git and GitHub
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Preferred: Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Required: Ability to write clean, scalable, and testable code
Overall Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain React-based web applications
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Participate actively in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to team members
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes and stay updated with emerging technologies
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices to deliver high-quality software
