About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer specializing in React and Next.js to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance frontend applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design and backend development, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features. Your role will also involve implementing best practices in code quality, testing, and optimization, ensuring our applications are reliable, fast, and maintainable. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in React and its ecosystem, with a comprehensive understanding of component architecture and frontend best practices. Hands-on experience with Next.js, including server-side rendering (SSR), incremental static regeneration (ISR), routing, and API integrations, is essential. A solid grasp of web fundamentals such as networking, caching, rendering, and performance optimization is required.
Proficiency in TypeScript and modern state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or similar tools is necessary, with the ability to select appropriate solutions based on project requirements. Experience in writing and maintaining unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) tests is highly valued. Familiarity with Material UI or similar component libraries and design systems will be advantageous. Knowledge of gRPC and gRPC-Web integrations will be considered an added benefit. Strong communication and collaboration skills, along with the ability to mentor junior developers, are essential for success in this role.
