RCM Analyst (Finance)

The RCM Analyst (Finance) is responsible for monitoring revenue cycles, optimizing cash flow, and improving financial operations within the organization. This role involves analysing billing and collections performance, identifying operational inefficiencies, and driving process improvements to enhance overall revenue realization.

Job Profile

Revenue & Cash Flow Monitoring

• Track and analysis:

o   Collections vs. billings

o   Accounts Receivable (AR) aging (AR days)

o   Cash conversion cycle

• Identify delays in payments and highlight risks impacting cash flow
• Ensure timely escalation of revenue-related issues

Operational Performance Analysis

• Analyze key operational metrics, including:

o   Denial rates

o   Claim processing turnaround time

o   Billing accuracy

• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and recurring issues
• Provide actionable insights and regular reports to operations teams

KPI & Dashboard Reporting

• Develop and maintain dashboards for:

o   Revenue leakage

o   Collection efficiency

o   Receivables pipeline

• Present data-driven insights to support decision-making
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports

Process Improvement

• Identify operational bottlenecks such as:

o   Delays in invoicing

o   High rate of rejected claims (in coordination with MIS team)

• Recommend and implement improvements including:

o   Automation initiatives

o   Process enhancements

o   Training programs

o   System upgrades

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in finance with US RCM organization
• Experience with accounting software and financial systems
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Work Week: Monday to Friday

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
