Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Business Manager (RBM) at BDR Pharmaceuticals Int'l Pvt Ltd. The RBM will be responsible for overseeing sales operations across assigned regions, managing a team of sales representatives, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and building strong relationships with key clients. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, leading team meetings, preparing sales reports, and implementing business development plans to enhance market presence and drive growth.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability in sales strategy development, business development, and market analysis
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales analytics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel as part of the job
