Project ManagementManage the full life-cycle of the assigned domain system projects (scope, schedule, cost, quality) & ensure deliverables meets the Bosch standard & customer requirements.
Communication ManagementRegularly engage & update key stakeholders, conduct & document cross-functional meetings, prepare & share project level updates to ensure transparency, escalate critical topics to lead system project manager with seamless communication across the team.
Safe Launch ManagementExecute safe launch activities in alignment with Bosch standard process. Collaborate with customer to ensure effective closer of topics from PHA (part handling analysis)Monitor & report safe launch plan. Timely escalate the unresolved topic to the lead system project manager for timely resolution.
Quality ManagementActively support safe launch by driving resolution of field failures in with quality standards, track & close audit finding with stake holders by identifying the corrective actions with cross functional team. Maintain quality record to support internal & external audits.
Change ManagementDrive effective internal & external engagement for the change management ensuring adherence to Bosch standard process & customer involvement matrix. Maintain accurate change tracking documents & escalate delays or issues to secure timely resolution as a SPOC for internal & customer.
Risk ManagementIdentify risks, prepare mitigation strategies ensuring compliance with quality standards at project level. Exercise risk & quality management throughout the project lifecycle that yield desired outcomes.
DocumentationPrepare detailed records of project activities, decisions, and changes, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements, thereby enhancing transparency and accountability.
Project ComplexityManage single-domain system projects in D & E categories with a strong focus on execution & delivery within the defined technical scope.
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics or equivalent)
2-4 years of experience in automotive industry and sales/ controlling function.
1-4 years of experience in working for automotive projects (desirable)
1-3 years of experience in technical project management.
Knowledge:Novice knowledge of Powertrain, Assistance (Braking systems), Electrification & Connectivity domain product & technologies.Novice understanding of Bosch 2 & 3 wheeler product portfolio & new developments. Advance skill in MS office tools, PPAP & APQP process. Novice knowledge of product development process, commercial & supply chain management (Desirable).
Functional Skills:Competent in communication, presentations & exhibit agility.Competent in project planning, risk management & self driven to perform under challenging budget & timelines. Competent in customer communication & relationship managementEffective collaboration with cross-fictional teams (internal & external stakeholders)
