RB - TPP:Product Manager NPS

The role is for Product Manager in NPS which will encompass end to end ownership of the product lifecycle.

End to End Ownership of Product lifecycle & roadmap

Work across functions to ideate & conceptualize

To get the data from various departments and perform variance analysis

Identifying patterns and trends in data set

Defining New data collection and analysing processes

Interact with external and internal stakeholders for New Process launch, driving business

Manage Data/MIS/Reports in accordance with CRA partners

Managing end to end campaign to be driven at distribution level

Audit and compliance related dissemination and process changes implementation

Engaging with teams to create visibility of the product and drive with relevant stakeholders

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

Post-Graduation from a recognized institute

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

Good communication (both verbal and written) and inter-personal skills

Strong presentation skills

Ability to drive project team (internal and external) to meet deadlines and metrics

Ability to work effectively across functions and hierarchy

Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
