About Third Party Products
The Third Party Products Team is responsible for managing the products which are manufactured by third parties, like Life or General Insurance Company is manufacturer of insurance plans, an AMC is the manufacturer of Mutual funds. Bank acts as a distributor of these products with respective regulatory approvals/licensing like AMFI Registration for distribution of Mutual Funds, Corporate Agency licensing for Insurance products etc.
AbouttheRole
The MF Channel Manager is responsible for managing the Mutual Fund Product distribution processes, Compliance, Complaints and data management. Liasoning with AMCs and on-boarding empaneling new AMCs. Managing NFO related activities. The process manager is also responsible for distributor license renewal from time to time.
Key Responsibilities
Managing NFOs - System enablement's, Form development and system changes. Compliance, Complaint and audit data management Managing & Implement Auto Debit Mandate Facility for all AMCs Co-ordination with AMCs and On-boarding, empaneling new AMCs Managing Business Credit, Customer Queries and Mutual fund query box handling Data Management - Internal MIS, Dashboard and product presentations. Managing distributor license renewal and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is: Post Graduate with at least 4 - 6 years of experience and good knowledge of fundamentals of Third Party Products and its sales processes
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: Needs to have very strong in-depth knowledge of Mutual Fund Product and exposure to Basic Banking. Needs to be very approachable and should have the ability to work in challenging environment. Excellent communication skills, ability to maintain good rapport with all stakeholders. Eye for details, meticulous and creative Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Advance knowledge of MS Excel/PPT, capability to work on large data
