About the Role:
The IPG - General Insurance Product Team member is responsible for managing the Non-Life Revenue line for the Liability sales team. The role will encompass the following. The Product team is also responsible for managing stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for launching new products curated for the channel.
- Responsible for creating new business models like co-origination along with NTB acquisition along with the regular cross-sell
- Conduct strategic planning and monitoring resource level productivity by enhancing sales processes
- Responsible for channel management and insurance partner management.
- Coordinate reporting and MIS responsibilities with the relevant departments to maintain daily rigor
Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
- Education (formal degrees, certifications) - MBA
- Experience (No. of years, relevant fields )- 3-5 Years
- Prior experience in the Insurance domain

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:
- Good communication (both verbal and written) and inter-personal skills
- Strong Excel and database manipulation skills, financial and statistical analysis skills
- Ability to work effectively across functions and Hierarchy.
