About the Role
Regional Coordinator - RFR is responsible for generating the revenue through continuous engagement, campaigns, providing enablers to the team Sales Team. The role also encompasses around providing insights at Branch/Cluster/ Circle level for regular monitoring and do the course correction.
Key Responsibilities
.Responsible for business performance tracking of the team across the Region and channels
.Responsible for portfolio quality monitoring & CRM lead management
.Providing assistance to Regional Head with manpower tracking & recruitments
.Responsible for publishing dashboards for increasing activation level among Branches and Resources across all segments.
.Track progress on the Campaigns and recognition programs launched from time to time for sales team
.Execution of RNR events complying with Bank norms
.Assistance in skill upgradation, mandatory learning module completion & organizing training for the Sales Team
Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
.Graduation
.2-3 years of Banking experience
