works closely with other critical functions like sales, risk, alliances, operations, marketing & IT to ensure seamless delivery of
services to our customers.
About the Role
Managing end to end Product and Process training initiatives and implementing them for the all the off roll employees in
Credit Cards vertical
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with sales teams regularly to understand their needs.
2. Monitor the Payments / Invoices for all vendors and stake holder.
3. Maintain Quess Related - Salary data validation & Incentive Computation
4. Maintain the Score card for all the channels and publish monthly report to stake holders.
5. Database and Vendor Management along with the COA
6. Sales Support - MIS and Reporting
Qualifications

Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:
. Knowledge
Knowledge of relevant IT systems including NDS, Finacle etc
Knowledge of pricing financial products)
. Skills
(e.g Good communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skills
Strong Excel and database manipulation skills, financial and statistical analysis skills)
. Abilities
