Job Description

About Name of BU

. This is mainly into NPS and Annuity - It is into managing pension funds under NPS scheme and has huge

growth plans for expansion across sectors viz., Retail, Corporate and Government. Pension Funds are

regulated by PFRDA and has overall AUM of more than Rs.8.5 lakhs of crores and which is further

expected to grow ard 25% year on year. We aim to acquire a decent market share across all the sectors

and thereby becoming the most preferred pension fund manager under NPS. Further,

Company's focus is to tap the untouched segment by Axis Group i.e. offering the best possible solution to

the customers planning for their retirement and to those retiring from their services through NPS, cross

sell of other products like Annuity, MF, Bank FDs, etc. and helping customers optimize returns on their

accumulated savings for better second innings.

About the Role

. Responsible for meeting sales targets

. Conduct presentation for existing Government employees

. Call and regularly visit for sales calls

. Driving the sales team members

. Retirement planning like Annuity Sales

. Manage Axis Bank branches assigned and activate the channel partners

Key Responsibilities

. Responsible for data analysis - Ensure growth/degrowth with previous months, regular data sharing with

field team on their month and YTD business on daily basis

. Support Audit requirements - Ensure regular audit of visits done by the field team - Highlight non-

performance, inactive team members etc

. Training support - Enable presentation material for right information flow to the teams

. EDM / Marketing support - Enable end to end marketing support of collaterals in multi language,

coordination with vendors, EDMs to highlight best performance etc

. End to end logins to issuance of annuity business - Ensure daily coordination with life insurance

companies and sales team to ensure all the annuity cases are doing first time right logins, support faster

issuance, coordination with clients for any additional requirements.

. Stakeholders management - ensure coordination with HR, marketing, training, insurance companies,

vendors etc for smooth business enablement

. MIS management - Ensure 100% accuracy in all the MISs published and set right mechanism for maker and checker before any MIS is published.

Qualifications

. Post Graduate / MBA from reputed college / institute / university

Role Proficiencies:

. Good communication skills

. Basic understanding of financial products

. Confident and quick learner

. Basic knowledge of MS Office - Excel and PPT
