Job Description

NPS is National Pension System, a retirement solution to be offered to various sectors (namely - Corporate, Government, and All citizen model) as defined by the regulator PFRDA.
Axis Bank is present across all these sectors and onboard a team to cater to the requirement for NPS.
Pension Funds are regulated by PFRDA and has overall AUM of more than Rs. 10 lakhs of crores which is further expected to grow at 25% year on year.
Axis Pension Fund is the fastest Private sector PFM company and aims to seize this opportunity and acquire a decent market share across all the sectors, thereby becoming the most preferred pension fund manager under NPS.

About the Role

Cluster Manager - Corporate NPS Channel - role is to create awareness on the NPS, its benefits to the Channel and work closely with them to ensure Axis Bank is the preferred partner for NPS amongst the Corporates. Enabling the team by providing engagement with channel at the Mid and Senior level.
.Responsible for meeting sales targets in the regions assigned by engaging with the Channel team and assist them with the product and performance report under NPS.
.Conduct presentation for existing corporate employees and thereby migrate their legacy Pension Funds from other PFM to Axis Pension Fund.
.Making and doing presentation on the NPS for various corporates as per the requirements.
.Responsible for meeting CXO personnel at the Corporates and engaging them for quicker decisions.
.Guide and help Corporates to register for NPS with Axis Bank as PoP and Axis PFM as preferred pension fund managers.
.Regular meeting and share update with Channel Heads - RBBH, Cluster Head, Circle Head, Regional Head etc.
.Manage Axis Bank branches assigned and activate the channel partners by training their resources for NPS product and processes. Assist end-to-end to the channel partners and clients for sales closure and servicing under NPS respectively.
.Ensure quality and persistency of business and cross sell products required for retirement planning like Annuity etc.

Qualifications
.Graduate / Postgraduate
.8-10 years of experience in Corporate Sales

.Good understanding of Government Sector
.Highly skilled in Channel Management / Relationship Management
.Excellent in Business planning, Analytical skills, People management skills, effective communication skills, etc.
.Top notch interpersonal skills and ability to hold conversation at Senior Official levels in Government offices ability to articulate complex thoughts in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
.Self - motivated, proactive target driven with a proven track record in sales
.Proficient knowledge of MS Office
.Drive things for a successful closure
