Job Description	This role is responsible for assisting the activity of defining the process changes/new process initiatives/process improvement activities on various systems used for NRI customer onboarding & periodic updation activities. Key Responsibilities include: 1. NRI Product Management and Enhancement 2. Process Review and Enhancement to ensure operational efficiency 3. Provide response to queries & Complaint Management within TAT 4. Ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines in close coordination with key monitoring stakeholders viz Compliance, Risk, Audit etc. 5. Managing desk who are handing NRI queries received from branches/operations units 6. Maintain MIS of queries, analyse the same and work towards reduction of queries 7. End to end handing of complaints received from various channels along with RCA analysis & timely closures. 8. Charge and service management 9. Training and Development





Key Relationships (Internal or External Stakeholders)	Internal Stakeholders: Operation, IT, Various Product Teams, Marketing, Compliance, Risk, FCMD, Branch, RM,Process Quality, Phone Banking Unit, Central Email Unit, Projects External Stakeholders : Vendors, Partners
Major Competencies Required	Analytical skills, Inter personal skills, Logical reasoning skills . Knowledge of NRI process will be a plus point
Academic Qualifications / Nature of Relevant Work Experience Required	Graduate with atleast 5 years of work experience in Banking Industry. Experience in NRI Product will be preferred. Application and process testing experience will be preferred
