The Profile will own the end-to-end client origination and engagement lifecycle for Burgundy Private Region. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound acquisition leads, ensuring high-quality client engagement, coordinating with internal and external partner teams, driving conversions, and maintaining strong governance through CRM, MIS, and process adherence. The role plays a critical part in strengthening Burgundy Private's acquisition engine under the One Axis framework.

| Key Responsibilities |
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end acquisition leads received from different channels such as One Axis teams, Corpository, website leads and Liquidity transactions etc
- Drive client engagement and conversion outcomes by ensuring timely outreach, follow-ups, and partner coordination
- Conduct outbound and inbound client calls (25-30 calls per day where required) to understand client needs and position the Burgundy Private proposition effectively
- Allocate leads to appropriate Burgundy Private Partners based on client profile and regional match off.
- Ensure high-quality client interactions and adherence to defined SOPs
- Upload, manage, and maintain all leads on CRM / equivalent systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client data
- Maintain detailed lead trackers including contact dates, follow-up frequency, last interaction status, and conversion stage
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS dashboards covering calls made, successful conversations, leads assigned, and conversions achieved
- Create and manage call schedules, including follow-ups and digital/website-generated leads
- Support client engagement by sending emailers and communication on the Burgundy Private proposition to prospective clients
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and acquisition quality benchmarks

Qualifications - Graduate in any discipline MBA / Postgraduate degree preferred
- 3-7 years of experience in client acquisition, sales support, tele-relationship, or wealth/private banking operations
- Prior exposure to CRM systems, lead management, or MIS reporting is highly desirable
- Experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, or insurance will be an added advantage
