Why should you join Rapido
- Learning and growth : The learning curve is humongous! You learn on the go. You will have visibility of any feature that is being added. Experience the features yourself in real-time and make changes. There's a considerable amount of responsibility given to everyone so you learn along with the companys growth.
- Culture : We are neither new nor old but have the tech freedom with the scale challenge always in mind. No approval hierarchy to implement a change. Just back your decision with data points and propose the solution.
- Right place at right time : A developer has to do a lot of planning when it comes to the development of product features, make tech choices, and code as well. And this is an apt opportunity for an EM whose primary role is to create a proper structure and strategy that can lead to the end goal and help the company grow.
