This is a full-time, on-site Radiology Coder role based in Bengaluru South. The Radiology Coder will be responsible for analyzing medical records and assigning the appropriate radiology codes for procedures, diagnoses, and services. Other day-to-day tasks include coding audits, maintaining a high level of coding accuracy, reviewing medical documentation, and ensuring compliance with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines. Maintaining confidentiality and staying updated on coding and compliance changes will also be essential components of the role.

• Strong knowledge and experience in medical coding, especially ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
• Proficiency in radiology coding practices and familiarity with medical terminology
• Detail-oriented, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay updated with coding guidelines and compliance regulations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation
• Experience in ICD-10 implementation or auditing is a plus
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent certification is preferred
• Experience in healthcare and knowledge of relevant software is an advantage
