Job Summary:
We are looking for skilled professionals in RF Planning and Optimization to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates will have strong domain expertise in mobile network technologies, data analytics, and RF engineering. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance network performance and deliver innovative solutions for telecom operators.
Key Responsibilities:
For Developer Role:
- Design and develop automation tools and scripts for RF planning and optimization activities.
- Analyze network KPIs and performance metrics using tools such as Atoll, TEMS, Actix, or similar.
- Implement algorithms to enhance network quality and coverage.
- Work on drive test data analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with network teams to propose optimization solutions.
For Lead Role:
- Lead RF planning and optimization projects end-to-end.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide development efforts.
- Interface with clients to gather requirements and present solutions.
- Define KPIs and track project progress, ensuring delivery within timelines.
- Provide strategic recommendations for network improvements and future capacity planning.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in RF Planning, Optimization, and Performance Analysis.
- Proficiency in tools like Atoll, TEMS, Actix, MapInfo, and post-processing tools.
- Good knowledge of 4G/5G technologies, propagation models, and parameter tuning.
- Experience in automation using Python, SQL, or similar scripting languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with OSS and performance management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid/onsite model as per location needs.
