Job Description: SAP S/4HANA Finance – R2R

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced R2R Architect with strong expertise in SAP and SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of core finance processes, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to design scalable solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders across the Finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and transformation initiatives across the Record-to-Report (R2R) stream.
• Design and implement solutions covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and other core finance processes.
• Configure and manage ledgers, extension ledgers, currencies, and company codes in SAP S/4HANA.
• Drive finance data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and successful transition to the target system.
• Design and implement integrations across finance processes and related SAP modules.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead system configuration, customization, enhancements, workflow design, and integration development.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Provide practical implementation guidance and explain configuration approaches followed in real-world SAP projects.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
• Expertise in the following areas:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Core Finance processes
• Ledgers and Extension Ledgers
• Currency configuration
• Company Code implementation
• Finance Data Migration
• Integration across finance processes
• Working knowledge of SAP Controlling (CO), including:
• Profit Center Accounting
• Cost Center Accounting
• Internal Orders
• CO-PA (Profitability Analysis)
• General FI/CO integration concepts
• Strong practical understanding of SAP configuration and implementation methodologies, with the ability to demonstrate how solutions are configured and deployed in projects.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of SAP Banking and Treasury.
• Familiarity with SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM).
• Understanding of Collections Management and Dispute Management.
