R2R Associate Finance Manager

Role:R2R -Associate Finance Manager

Experience: 7 to 10 years

Location: Onsite, Hyderabad

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who can independently manage core accounting operations, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in US GAAP, General Ledger, month-end close, account reconciliations, financial reporting, Excel, and Power BI.

Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) or the US IT Staffing / IT Consulting industry is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) and core accounting activities for US entities.

Own month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and fixed assets.

Perform bank, credit card, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations.

Prepare Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, MIS, and management reports.

Build financial dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.

Maintain accurate books in line with US GAAP and internal accounting policies.

Support audits with schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.

Investigate discrepancies, resolve reconciliation issues, and improve reporting processes.

What We're Looking For

Strong practical experience in Core Accounting, R2R, and General Ledger accounting.

Sound knowledge of US GAAP and US accounting practices.

Hands-on experience with month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.

Advanced MS Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.

Practical experience creating Power BI dashboards and financial reports.

Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is highly preferred.

Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a track record of meeting reporting deadlines.
