The Role
We areseekinga highly skilledSoftware Developerfor AVEVA's Core Services team. This position is to design and develop innovative industrial software solutions.You'llwork on challenging problems in data management and cloud-based systems that help our customers in industrial automation and engineering. All our cloud products are hosted in Kubernetes, and everything webuild-whether cloud or on-premises-is designed for containerized applications.

What You'll Do
Design, develop, test, deploy andmaintainscalable, secure, and high-availability systems using .NET Core and Azure
Microservices, Message-Driven Design, Cloud-Native Integration
Design Patterns, Clean Architecture, Identity Management, Granular AccessControl,etc.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and teams across our global organization
Participate in code reviews and helpmaintainhigh quality standards
Work in an agile environment with continuous integration and deployment
Contribute to both new features andmaintainingexisting codebases
Grow your technical skills and share knowledge with the team
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
12+ years of experience developing software in C#/.NET
Experience with Visual Studio/VS Code and modern development practices
Ability to write clean, well-structured code
Good communicationskills and enjoy working collaboratively
Desired Skills & Competencies:
Strong experience in RESTful APIs, Microservices and event-driven design
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
Strong understanding of single-sign-on or token-based authentication
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps andIaC
Experience withObservability/monitoring tools
Experience with cloud infrastructure as Kubernetes.Experienced with Docker containers
Experience with high availability, scalability,securityand performance of cloud-based systems bymonitoringlogs and troubleshooting issues.
Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.
Nice To have:
Experience with TypeScript and UI development.
Familiarity with communication protocols and technologies such as MQTT, OPC-UA, Modbus, Kafka,WebSocket'sor RabbitMQ
Interest in engineering or industrial automation
