R&D Manager - Polymer Industry

Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-13 years of experience in R&D within the polymer industry.
• Strong background in polymer synthesis and characterization techniques.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques such as NMR, GPC, FTIR, and DSC.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical information effectively.
