R & D Food Technician

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Research & Development (R&D) Food Technician. The R&D Food Technician will contribute to the development and testing of new food products, assist in laboratory experiments, maintain quality control standards, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production. The role involves collaborating across departments and adhering to strict quality and safety protocols while continually optimizing processes and techniques for product innovation.

• Strong background in Research and Development (R&D), Laboratory Skills, and experience working in food production and innovation environments
• Proficient in Quality Control procedures and standards to ensure product safety and compliance
• Analytical Skills for data interpretation and identifying areas of improvement
• Ability to troubleshoot production and technical challenges effectively
• Knowledge of food science, food safety regulations, and related tools or technologies
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field, with prior experience in a similar role preferred
