Role: R&D Intern (Food Innovation)

Responsibilities
Assist the core R&D team with kitchen trials and product development for Pizza, Cakes & Desserts, and Biryani.
Participate in recipe testing, sensory evaluations, and finalizing presentations.
Help document recipes, ingredient specs, and SOPs.
Requirements
Culinary student, recent graduate, or a highly passionate food innovator.
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene, measurements, and culinary techniques.
Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
