Key Responsibilities:
Conducting, interpreting, and analyzing lab and pilot line tests for development projects in wet chemical processes (Desmear and metallization) and electroplating. Planning and execution of sample plating, piloting alpha and beta sites. To develop and test process chemistry in (pilot scale), determine process parameters, analyze, document, and report the results to R&D. Recording and documentation of test results in form of reports, presentations. Support the product testing and introduction rollout at the customer site globally. Assuring standard process procedures according to quality and environmental regulations. Cooperating in internal and external training measures. Providing support in applications engineering. Adhere to required safety measures.
Qualifications / Professional Experience
Educational qualification: bachelor's or higher degree in chemistry or chemical engineering, surface engineering or any comparable qualification).
Experience (Years): 3 + year of experience for bachelor's degree or 2+ year for master's degree or 1-3 years for higher education in electroplating or handling Chemicals or Paints Industry. Relevant experience in electroplating would be an added advantage.
