Role Description
- Perform chemical laboratory experiments as per standard procedures
- Prepare solutions, samples, and reagents accurately
- Record, analyze, and interpret experimental data
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration
- Follow safety, quality, and compliance protocols at all times
- Support R&D, process optimization, and product development activities
- Document results clearly for internal reports and discussions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Applied Chemistry
- Practical experience in a chemical or electrochemical laboratory (preferred)
- Familiarity with analytical techniques and wet chemistry
- Strong observation, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
