Job Profile :
lProvide Software support to Clients.
lProvide Software training to Clients.
lAttend in progress calls with Live chat
lAttend Voicemails
lInstallation of Desktop and Cloud.
lReport bug issues to developers.
lEmails to clients.
Job Requirements :
lGood Command over the English language.
lExperienced Candidate worked in BPO/Call Center Preferred
lI.T/Software Knowledge required.
lExperience -2 or More years.
lWilling to work in Night shifts.
