Role Description

We are looking for a Bookkeeper, Accountant and Office Administrator. The selected individual will handle day-to-day financial tasks including maintaining financial records, processing journal entries, preparing financial statements, and using accounting software. Additional responsibilities include supporting office administration, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth operation of office functions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in maintaining Financial Statements and Bookkeeping
  • Must be thorough with USA accounting rules and should be able to demonstrate examples
  • Experience with Quickbooks Online Accounting Software and Finance management
  • Expertise with Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable functions
  • Management of suppliers, invoicing, account setups, product sales tracking and reporting
  • Manage payroll and employee expense reimbursement
  • Skilled in processing Journal Entries (Accounting)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in office administration is a plus
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
