Role Description The Quick Commerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi/Khekra, responsible for managing and optimizing rapid online-to-offline food orders and deliveries. This role involves coordinating with sales and operations teams, monitoring order flows on quick commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and timely dispatches, and addressing customer queries related to product availability and delivery status. The specialist will analyze sales performance data, adjust product listings and pricing as needed, and maintain strong communication with platform partners and internal stakeholders. Daily activities also include resolving service issues, updating inventory information, supporting promotional campaigns, and providing feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

• Strong foundation in commerce and understanding of quick commerce or FMCG retail operations.
• Analytical skills to monitor performance metrics, interpret sales data, and support data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, platform partners, and customers.
• Customer service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Sales skills to support product positioning, promotions, and achievement of revenue targets.
• Proficiency with online platforms, spreadsheets, and order management tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi/Khekra, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in FMCG, e-commerce, or quick commerce operations is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
