About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused professional to drive our Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce) business across platforms. The role will be responsible for managing marketplace relationships, driving sales growth, optimizing assortment, and ensuring seamless operations across partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive business across Q-Commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end account operations including listings, pricing, promotions, and visibility
- Track and improve key metrics: sales, fill rate, availability, and customer ratings
- Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, category) to ensure stock availability and campaign readiness
- Plan and execute growth strategies including offers, bundles, and platform-specific campaigns
- Analyze performance data and derive actionable insights to improve conversion and revenue
- Build strong relationships with platform account managers for better visibility and growth opportunities
- Ensure timely onboarding of new SKUs and expansion of product assortment
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in Quick Commerce / E-commerce / Marketplace roles
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and execution skills
