Role Overview
We are looking for a Quick Commerce Manager to own and scale our presence on quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BB Now, etc.).
This role sits at the intersection of growth, operations, and execution, driving GMV, availability, visibility, and profitability across Q-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform & Account Management
- Own end-to-end performance across quick commerce platforms
- Act as the primary point of contact with platform category, ops, and growth teams
- Manage onboarding, expansion, and day-to-day execution across dark stores
2. Growth & Revenue
- Drive GMV growth through assortment expansion, pricing, and visibility levers
- Plan and execute platform-led campaigns, app placements, and promos
- Optimize ROAS and contribution margin for Q-commerce channels
3. Assortment & Availability
- Decide ideal Q-commerce assortment by city / dark store
- Ensure high fill rates, in-stock %, and low cancellation rates
- Work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams to forecast demand
4. Pricing & Promotions
- Manage platform pricing, discounts, and funding negotiations
- Track promo performance and optimize for scale vs profitability
- Monitor competitor pricing and platform benchmarks
5. Operations & Execution
- Solve operational issues impacting SLA, delivery time, or customer experience
- Track and improve key metrics: fill rate, OSA, cancellation %, refund %, ratings
- Ensure compliance with platform SOPs and service levels
6. Data & Reporting
- Own weekly/monthly business reviews with platforms
- Analyze cohort-level and city-level performance
- Identify insights and growth opportunities from platform data

Must-Have
- 48 years of experience in Quick Commerce / E-commerce / Marketplaces
- Hands-on experience managing Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BB Now or similar
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
- Ability to work cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, and marketing
Good-to-Have
- Experience in FMCG, D2C, or food / grocery brands
- Experience launching new cities or dark store networks
- SQL / advanced Excel / dashboarding tools experience
