Job Description
- A Business Analyst at IndusInd Bank works with various departments like strategy, data science, and business to provide data-driven insights, develop strategies, and improve performance.
- Key responsibilities include data analysis, market review, and supporting business planning and execution, with skills in tools like advanced Excel, SQL, Python, and R being highly valued.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic analysis: Analyze business unit performance, conduct competitor analysis, and support the development and execution of business strategies, often working with senior leadership.
- Data analysis and insights: Use data analytics to provide timely and actionable insights for improving profitability, customer experience, and other business outcomes.
- Business support: Provide sales support to Business Heads and Zonal Heads, manage P&L for branches, and collaborate with digital, growth, and marketing teams.
- Project execution: End-to-end development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Technical skills: Work with large datasets and use statistical and programming languages like SQL, Python, and R.
